FredSave Inc. ("FredSave," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website fredsave.com and related fantasy hockey services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, participate in fantasy leagues, subscribe to newsletters, or otherwise interact with FredSave. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in compliance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and substantially similar provincial laws where they apply.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal retention requirements. Inactive accounts may be deleted after twenty-four months of no login, with prior email notice where feasible. Newsletter and marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
