Kolache (Koh-LAH-chee)is a lightly sweet yeast pastry topped with fruits, cream cheeses or Bavarian creams, sprinkled with streusel and baked to a golden brown. We currently serve 19 flavors of the traditional Kolache. Also, we offer Sausage Kolaches; the “Czech” version of “Pigs-in-a-Blanket” …available in spicy or mild and with or without cheese … a great “on the go snack” for breakfast or lunchtime.
